At StarWest Computers we can skip all of that and return your technology back to you within a day or two.

What brands does StarWest Computers repair?

We work on any make or model of desktop, laptop and or tablet. This means namebrands such as Acer, Apple, Asus, CyberPower, Dell, HP, Lenovo, Microsoft, MSI Samsung, Toshiba etc. Another common questions is if we work on printers. We do work on printers in regards to software, networking etc but we do not work on printer hardware.

How does the repair process work?

We are a first come first serve shop. We do not make in shop service appointments. However, if you are concerned with getting a service back as soon as possible we do offer a Rush Fee that allows you to have your service put on the bench immediately. When you stop by StarWest, you will have your machine checked in. At this time you will be given an estimate of when it will be worked on by a technician and an estimated time on how long your service will take. We will communicate with you throughout your service via text, email and telephone giving you information about your service.
